Search-engine rankings and AI citations depend on third-party algorithms beyond our control. While we apply best practices and provide transparent reporting, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are set out in your quote or invoice. Payment terms, including any advance deposits or recurring monthly fees, are specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials we create remain our property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers as specified in your agreement. You retain ownership of your own pre-existing content and trademarks.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AL ASAR JADEED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Third-Party Services

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
