Request data deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account to AL ASAR JADEED, you can ask us to delete the data we hold and to disconnect the account. The request is handled immediately.

What gets deleted

Stored access tokens and app secrets, revoking all access.
Any Facebook or Instagram posts still queued for publishing — they are cancelled.
API response data attached to your published posts (IDs, delivery status, error payloads).

Not deleted: content you published to your own Facebook or Instagram account, and your public page name or profile link. Those live on Facebook’s and Instagram’s own servers, not ours, and we cannot remove them from here.
